About AIIMS Jodhpur
AIIMS Jodhpur was established in the year 2012. It is one of the six new AIIMS established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare GOI under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY). AIIMS Jodhpur offers both UG and PG courses to interested candidates across the country. Many students who want to pursue medical course studies from across the country apply for admissions to the institute. To provide quality education with practical and theoretical understanding is the core value of the institute. The institute has secured 28th rank in the Medical category in NIRF 2021 Ranking with an overall score of 52.87 out of 100.

AIIMS Jodhpur Facilities
Hostel: AIIMS Jodhpur, as of now, offers hostel facilities to its students. They provide separate hostels for boys and girls, and it is fully equipped and furnished with all the daily essentials. The hostels include a dining hall, a mess, a recreational area, and much more to make students stay comfortable.
Guest House: There is a guest house that has 13 rooms and is available to parents of students and other dignitaries who might be visiting the campus.
Mess: The institute also has a mess facility that can be availed by students.
Sports Facilities: The institute also provides sports facilities to the students.
Laboratories: There are several laboratories in the institute which belong to different departments. These Laboratories help students gain practical and hand-on experience.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must possess BDS degree for MDS courses of a University recognized by the Dental Council of India must have completed the required period of 12 months compulsory rotating Internship/Practical training on or before 30th January.
The candidate must have obtained a minimum of the following marks in aggregate in all the MBBS professional examinations.
(i) For candidates belonging to the SC/ST Categories 50% marks in aggregate.
(ii) For all other categories including OBC Category 55% marks in aggregate.
(iii) For Persons with Bench-mark Disabilities [PWBD] candidates the minimum aggregate as provided in (i) and (ii) for the category to which the candidate belongs shall apply.
